Terms Ans Conditions

GENERAL CONDITONS

These general conditions are intended to regulate the terms and conditions by which the Store of School of Economics and Management of the University of Porto (hereinafter “FEP Store”), headquartered at Rua Dr. Roberto Frias, 4200-464 Porto, Portugal, will be governed.

The use of the FEP Store implies acceptance and full agreement with all the parameters described in the Terms and Conditions, as well as the Privacy Policy present at the time you access the store.

The FEP Store reserves the right to update and change the Terms and Conditions; it is advisable to periodically check our page for any changes or updates.

PRODUCT AND PRICING INFORMATION

The FEP Store provides customers with the characteristics, descriptions, images of each product and/or service on each page.

The FEP Store undertakes to make its products and/or services available in a clear and concise way, the prices of each product and/or service, shipping costs applied to each order and other additional costs that may be applicable.

Information about products, prices, content, images, videos, promotional campaigns and services can be updated and changed by FEP Store.

PURCHASE CONDITIONS

All products and/or services available at FEP Store can be purchased; products that are unavailable will be duly identified.

If the product is no longer available after the purchase has been completed, the FEP Store will contact the customer, by telephone or email, as soon as possible, in order to speed up the process.

Fees and Taxes

At the FEP Store, prices are displayed in Euro currency, with the applicable taxes, applied according to the law (and which are already included in the final price).

Payment Methods

FEP Store offers the following payment methods:
• Credit card
• ATM
• MB WAY
Regardless of the method you select, payment is only considered confirmed after sending proof of payment to our email loja@fep.up.pt.

After the payment is completed, the FEP Store will proceed with a standard check, so that it is possible to process and ship the order. The customer will receive an email confirming that the order has been paid, as well as the corresponding invoice.

DELIVERY POLICY

The customer may choose to collect his order at the School of Economics and Management of the University of Porto or request delivery via CTT.
If the customer chooses to collect the order at FEP, the place for delivery is at the entrance of the main building, where are the telephone operator. There are no associated costs and you will receive an SMS/email informing you from what day your order is available for collection. Upon collection, it is mandatory to present the sms/email in question and the customer's identification document.

The FEP Store ships nationally, including the autonomous regions of Madeira and the Azores, as well as abroad (shipping costs supported by the customer). The products are shipped to the address indicated by the customer and sent to the indicated person.
Orders are dispatched via CTT and the cost of transport is support by the customer, who can track the location of his order using the tool provided by CTT on its website.

If it is not possible to deliver the order at the indicated address, the customer can pick it up at the nearest CTT station, within the period defined in the postcard left by the postman in the mailbox. Once the deadline for picking up the order and returning it to the FEP Store has expired, the associated transport costs will be charged to the customer. The delivery will be considered carried out from the moment the customer, or someone in his place, signs the proof of receipt of the delivery.

If you do not receive your order within a maximum period of 90 (ninety) days from the date of payment, please send an email to loja@fep.up.pt informing us of what happened.
In the case of shipping via CTT, our standard rate is €4, regardless of weight or number of pieces.
For shipments via CTT to European countries our standard rate is €10 and for countries outside Europe it is €12.

ORDER CANCELLATION

The customer may cancel an order placed while it is being processed. In this case, customer is request to inform the FEP Store via the following e-mail address: loja@fep.up.pt.

If the cancellation request has been made after the order has been shipped, it will be forwarded for delivery and the customer may choose to refuse to accept it. In this case, the customer must pay the shipping costs, and the full amount of the items being refunded. The FEP Store is not responsible for possible delays in handling order cancellations.

The FEP Store reserves the right not to process orders or refunds in cases of data inconsistency, fraud or customer misconduct, as well as for technical issues beyond the control of the FEP Store.

RETURN POLICY

If you purchased an item at the FEP store, you have a period of 14 (fourteen) days from the date of purchase to return your order. For this it is necessary:
• Present the invoice;
• The article must show no signs of use and must be accompanied by the original packaging, and respective accessories and/or consumables.

In the case of returns, the refund of the purchase price will be made after validation of the fulfillment of the return conditions (described above), with the FEP Store having a period of up to 15 days for this purpose.

The refund will be made through the same payment method used by the customer in the initial payment, except in situations of express agreement and in which the customer does not incur any costs as a result of the refund.

Any refund procedure will be processed as provided for in the legislation in force in Decree Law n.º 24/2014.

CLAIMS

The customer may submit a complaint regarding any question, act, information or service provided regarding the FEP Store through the e-mail contact loja@fep.up.pt or through the electronic Complaints Book available at the link: https://www.livroreclamacoes.pt/.

INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

The content, domain, information present and made available on FEP Store are the property of FEP Store or have been granted to it, and are therefore protected by copyright and related rights. Any use, reproduction, copying or dissemination of visual, audiovisual or written content is subject to prior approval by the FEP Store.

The customer undertakes to fully respect the aforementioned conditions and rights, as well as to refrain from acts that may go against the law and rights such as copyright, related rights, among other laws applicable to the use of images, videos, content, without express approval from the FEP Store. FEP Store cannot be held responsible for any misuse of such products.

DISCLAIMER

When creating and using the FEP Store account, the customer is responsible for maintaining the account, confidentiality and for all activity arising therefrom. When creating the user account and placing orders, the customer expressly and unequivocally accepts the Terms and Conditions in their most up-to-date version.

The FEP Store is not responsible for any information disclosed by others, technical failures or any other problems that prevent access and proper functioning of the store.

FEP Store is not responsible for possible damages, directly or indirectly related to the use, or inability to use, the products and/or services made available, as well as for any delay or unforeseen occurrence in the delivery of orders.
